Synopsis

Unfortunately we live in a culture that is no stranger to abuse. Just about all of us know of someone who has been sexually, physically, or emotionally abused at some point in their life. The good news is that God cares for us in our abuse, through our abuse, and after our abuse. He is there for us while we are experiencing it, He is there to help us heal after it, and He often sends special friends into our lives to help us along the way.

This monologue presents the fictional testimony of a young lady who experienced sexual abuse as a teenager. She shares the pain of her experience, the way that a friend helped her out, and the forgiveness and healing that she gained when she met the Lord.

This powerful monologue can effect your congregation in a powerful way. I encourage you to read it today.
