Synopsis

This play is based on the story of the man who was healed because of the faith of his friends that is found in Mark 2:1-5. One man hears that Jesus is going to be in town and realizes that this is the big chance that they have been waiting for. He quickly gathers three of his close friends and they take their lame friend to see Jesus. As they get to the house where Jesus is preaching they realize that they can't get in the door so they cut a hole in the roof and lower their friend right in front of Him.

This play will cause the audience to laugh yet call them to a closer realization of the part that they play in the lives of their Christian friends, especially when they pray.
