Crucify Him
Monologue
15 Minutes
This play attempts to convey the cruelty of the crucifixion.  I believe that the knowledge of what Christ actually went through in order to pay for our salvation creates a powerful image of our Lord and Savior that most of us have either forgotten or have never seen.

He Is Risen
Monologue
15 Minutes
This play portrays the way a follower of Christ would have felt just after he or she learned that Christ has risen from the dead.  The doubt and unbelief that had been experienced after His death is replaced by elation as he/she learns of His resurrection.  All of a sudden the teachings of Christ regarding His kingdom, the new covenant, and the new kingdom make sense.  He/she doesn’t want to stop telling others until all have heard what Christ has done for them.

Heart and Soul - Teenager
Monologue
15 Minutes
This monologue is the first in a series of five monologues which convey the different stresses that women of various ages experience throughout life.  This monologue presents the viewpoint of a young teenager as she prepares for life.  She stresses the lessons that she has learned to date.  Namely, that you should live your life without being bitter about the things going on around you.  She has learned that the Lord is there to guide you through your life, that He comforts you in your time of need, and that He’s all you need.

Heart and Soul - College
Monologue
15 Minutes
This monologue is the second in a series of five monologues which convey the different stresses that women of various ages experience throughout life.  This monologue presents the viewpoint of an older teenager as she prepares for life.  She stresses that no matter how you feel regarding the circumstances around you, you can be assured that God is in control.  He is there to forgive you, to heal you, to guide you, and He does it in his consistent loving and supporting spirit.

Heart and Soul - Family
Monologue
15 Minutes
This monologue is the third in a series of five monologues which convey the different stresses that women of various ages experience throughout life.  This monologue presents the viewpoint of a young mother as she begins a new family.  She stresses that no matter what happens, God is always there for you.  He adds purpose and meaning to a difficult life.  He understands us, our struggles, our concerns, and He ministers to us in a person way.  She also stresses the importance of Bible study and prayer in the midst of a busy life.

Heart and Soul – Mid-Life
Monologue
15 Minutes
This monologue is the fourth in a series of five monologues which convey the different stresses that women of various ages experience throughout life.  This monologue presents the viewpoint of an experienced mother who has just seen her children leave the nest and start lives of their own.  She is now experiencing what is often called a mid-life crisis.  Through this monologue she stresses the difficulties in letting the Lord have complete control over our lives, but that God is in control whether we want him to be or not.  “Don't plan for tomorrow because tomorrow will worry about itself.”  This has become her theme verse.

Heart and Soul – Grandmother
Monologue
10 Minutes
This monologue is the fifth in a series of five monologues which convey the different stresses that women of various ages experience throughout life.  This monologue presents the viewpoint of an older woman, a grandmother, as she looks back on her long life.  She stresses her frustration in not being able to fulfill the biblical role of being a source of wisdom and guidance in a culture that has left the elderly to die alone.  Through her struggles she has learned to be content in all things.  She has learned to be patient and willing to endure whatever the Lord has in store for her.  She has come to realize that everything seems small when compared to what Christ did for us on the cross.

I Believed in Him
Monologue
15 Minutes
This play attempts to show how a follower of Christ may have felt just after He was crucified.  He/she wonders how Christ can bring about his Kingdom now that He’s dead.  This monologue follows Crucify Him and leads into He Is Risen!

Joseph’s Story
Monologue
15 Minutes
This play shows the audience how Joseph, the father of Christ, may have felt as he looked back over his relationship with Christ.  He wrestles with the contrast of how he wanted to see Christ desire to be just like him and yet he himself wanted to be like Christ.

The Great Outdoors
Monologue
10-15 Minutes
This monologue portrays an outdoorsman who loves to get outdoors to enjoy God’s creation more than he likes to shoot things.  The monologue makes a strong point of the beauty of God’ creation and the way God purposed things to work together in a way that only an intelligent creator could.  This world didn’t happen by chance.

You Don’t Know
Monologue
10 Minutes
Many people have experienced abuse in the past, whether it be physical, sexual, or emotional.  Many people make bad decisions regarding the things that they are doing today.  Many people like to blame their past for the mistakes they make today so that they don't have to take ownership over their decisions and the consequences that follow.  This monologue presents a young lady who has learned that she can't blame the past for her mistakes.  She realizes that she needs to take ownership for the things she does.  She also conveys the healing and forgiveness that is found in the redeeming blood of Christ.
